Buying a Mazda with high mileage - what should I check?

I have the opportunity to purchase for £5750, a company owned (one driver) 2011 Mazda 6 Sport Diesel Estate. It has covered 113,000 miles (mostly motorway and A roads) and has a full service history. It seems like a good price, but with this mileage should I be concerned about early failure of major components?

These pre-Skyactiv diesels could have a couple of major problems. One was if the active regeneration of the DPF failed the engine sump would fill up with diesel leading to catastrophic engine failure. The other was that if the engine oil was not changed often enough, or if the old oil was siphoned out instead of drained, the residual slime in the sump could block the oil strainer leading to lack of oil pressure and engine failure.
