Audi A6 rear screen heater has packed in - what should I do?

The rear screen heater and wing mirror heaters on my 2007 Audi A6 are not working. I've looked at the car manual, but can't find the fuse that serves the heater. My local garage also can't help. Any ideas?

Fuse F41 feeds the rear windscreen heater. However we are more inclined towards the Central Locking Module part of which has the convenience section, which in turn would switch the heated mirrors on once the door is closed.

We would therefore suggest that you are best served by having a quality diagnostic check carried out as this should identify the problem much better.
