What's the usual waiting time for a new logbook?

I recently sent of my logbook so it would be up-to-date with the new flat I've moved to. It's been over 14 days since I have sent it off, but the new logbook has still not arrived. Should I call the DVLA to chase or is this the normal amount of time to wait?

Anything not done online takes longer because the DVLA has been cutting costs (people). Give it a week, then start phoning them.
