Is my used warranty legal?

I have just collected a second hand Vauxhall Corsa from our local car dealership and have been given a 'six month specific warranty'. The warranty details states I will be for 50% of all repair costs after the first month of the warranty. Is this legal?

Any fault that could have been present or developing on the date of sale remains the responsibility of the supplier for six months from date of sale unless the supplier can prove conclusively that it was not either present or developing on the date of sale: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
