Mazda 3 - DAB not even an option?
My mother-in-law is considering a new automatic 120PS petrol Mazda 3 in Sports Nav leather trim, to drive for 7-10 years. Amazingly it seems this brand new, fully loaded car cannot be ordered with a DAB radio, even with the top of the range Bose stereo.
Is that really correct, and if so, how does Mazda justify ignoring this technology when more and more manufacturers are fitting DAB as standard?

Probably because its a European standard, not a Japanese one. That is a failing because Mazda seems to have thought of everything else. But do yourselves a favour, Go for the more powerful petrol engine and the softer SE-L suspension. That's a better way to spend your money than a hard ride on a car that doesn't have much power.
