Can I recommend the Peugeot 308 SW for tall families with large load requirements?

You recommended to PC that the best estate for a 6-foot 3-inch family with dogs is the Ford Mondeo estate. I would like to also suggest the Peugeot 308 SW, which as a family of 6-foot 5s, we find has plenty of spare legroom in both the front and back (and headroom, which is usually also a problem), and also has a sufficiently large boot for the two Labradors if the optional sixth and seventh seats aren't fitted. We got 39.5mpg out of our 2009, 1.6i petrol, which we recently sold to replace with a newer model. The ride is very comfortable, even over long distances. Therefore I would like to suggest to PC the Peugeot 308SW as a suitable car.

That's a fair point. Thank you. I agree, the 308SW is bigger than it looks, and it often gets recommended to families needing three separate rear seats for fitting child seats.
