Winter tyre transfer between cars

I have a set of 7J x 17 alloy wheels I bought two years ago, which I then fitted with Lassa Snoway 225/45R17 winter tyres for my Mercedes C200 W204. I changed to a Toyota GT86 in the summer which is fitted with Primacy 215/45/R17 tyres. The alloy wheels will not fit onto the Toyota due to different PCD and centre bore dimensions. Can the winter tyres be fitted onto the rims on the Toyota or is it a case of selling them and starting all over again?

I would not switch tyres rim to rim twice a year because it risks damage and imbalance. And there is a chance that these 225s will catch on something.
