Engaging reverse is difficult when the car is warm?

I'm having trouble engaging reverse when my 2004 Audi A4 has warmed up. Reverse gear is perfectly fine when the car is cold but once it has reached 90 on the temperature gauge then sometimes I struggle to engage reverse gear. Not all the times it will play up but most of the times it does! All other gears are fine when the car is cold or hot.

I have even changed the gearbox fluid with Audi gearbox oil and this hasn't solved the problem. Do you have any suggestions? The car has only covered 30k miles from new so it hasn't hasnt a hard life. Many thanks.

Changing the oil would have been my first suggestion. The next is changing the clutch.
