Should I buy an Audi or SEAT?

I am looking at two new cars at the moment: an Audi A3 sportback 2.0 TDI and a SEAT Leon FR. I know that they are built on similar chassis and engines, but I can’t choose between them. What would you recommend?

Either of these with the 150PS or 184PS engine comes on the same MQB front subframe and on multilink rear suspension, so they have a better ride than lesser versions. It boils down to which look you prefer, which spec you prefer and the potential depreciation because, historically, Audi A3s have held their vales far better than SEATs.
