Can I remove category D from my car's history?

Is there a method or procedure to remove category D write-off from a vehicle when it's been repaired?

No. It remains on the vehicles record, but because it does not denote anything serious other than a financial write off the car does not have to be VOSA tested before it can be re-taxed.
