Audi A4 Avant - what's causing the automatic transmission vibration?

I have a 2010 Audi A4 Avant automatic. The problem is that it sometimes jerks and vibrates when pulling away. This is especially bad when pulling away uphill, and turning right. I am concerned, because the warranty runs out in five months' time.

These 'boxes need fresh fluid and a new mictrofilter regularly, and every few years. Check with your dealer when this was last last done, or if it's due.
