Should I sell an 06 Corsa now?

My wife's Corsa 1.4 (manual petrol) has been a good servant, but is now having to work hard as I can no longer drive, and take much of the load onto my car. The Corsa (06) will have done 60k soon, and I am concerned there could be problems ahead; so I have a feeling it may be time to sell, and replace it with a Fiesta or Jazz. Is my thinking sensible - bearing in mind the Corsa is still worth a reasonable sum - or do you feel I am being unduly pessimistic and we should hang on to it for another couple of years or so?

I think it would probably be wise to mover it on at this stage.
