DPF Removal?

Have had many problems after the injector replacement under recall - DPF light constantly on and car often at the garage for regeneration - and then the DPF light comes back on after driving a few miles. I cannot afford to go to a Solicitor re this as will be very expensive. I am considering having the DPF removed - would you recommend this?

It would be illegal to remove the DPF.
