Peugeot 306 door lock fallen out and seized up!

On my Peugeot 306 1.4 LX the drivers lock been removed from door! Also it seems to be seized.

Have used spray lubricant to loosen but still sticking slightly and key not moving freely. Is this simply a case of replacing door locks themselves (seen on internet for approx £15 a pair with keys) or will the entire locking mechanism need to be replaced?

Please help as passenger door lock seems to be seized solid so cannot lock vehicle! (Key goes into passenger side but will not turn at all).
Also how do you replace the locks? Is it simple enough for an inexperienced novice?

You should be able to replace the locks, and given some basic understanding should be possible for the novice, however if unsure, then get a workshop manual which should show /explain how to do.

(Only strip and replace one at a time )
