Should I pay my parking fine

My Wife and I parked in a normal bay at Totton Retail Park (directly outside the shop entrance).

We used the particular bay as the Disabled ones seemed farther away from the door and so did NOT display my Wifes Disabled card.

We were in the shop for about 30 minutes. the ticket is timed at 13:10 and we have a receipt from the shop timed at 13:31.

We did not see any Parking machines or Notices about parking and assumed parking was free for customers.

We only found the ticket from "Premier Parking Services (stuck to a side window) when we had done about six miles towards our home.

The ticket asks for £75 within 7 days or £100 if later.

As OAPs we are distraught.

Can you tell us what we should do?

You clearly contravened the parking regs. If you want a hassle free life, pay up. If you are prepared to be severely harassed, don't pay and let them take you to court. They probably won't.
