Juddering clutch on 2003 Polo

On my 2003 Polo 1.9TDI, with 110k on clock I've noticed a judder when moving slowly (using the clutch to reverse/drive into parking space) plus a low - mid level whining noise when releasing the clutch.

Clutch release bearing. Common on VWs. Try to like with it until you need a new clutch. Don't think this had a dual mass flywheel, but might be wrong.
