Scratching for money

Regarding the recent email from SF of Ledsham, Mercedes-Benz Finance has been operating this scam for at least 5 years and it is time they were prosecuted under Section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006. In February 2007 they claimed £762.58 for 9 items of damage to a Mercedes A-Class from me (including a new rear bumper as in SF`s case). When I challenged this, 5 items costing £415.95 miraculously healed up and they finally gave up the whole claim in August 2007. Again in November 2009 they tried it on another A-Class, this time for 7 items costing £313.06 but gave this claim up in January 2010. I tried to get the police to prosecute them under the Fraud Act 2006 but was advised this was a civil not criminal matter.

I have been exposing this regularly for a couple of years and advise readers that as long as MB Finance continues to pull these stunts readers should not get involved with MB Finance.
