I'm very interested in the Peugeot 1007, but everybody and every magazine I read has no time for them. Is there something really wrong with them? Their spec seems to include almost everything you could want. Is there something that stopped Peugeot selling them in this country, when I understand they are still popular on the continent. And the fact that you can pick up a very good second-hand one for about £3.5k.

Citroen C2 based heap of junk that got the go ahead on the basis of flawed research. Their USP is sliding doors but the mechanisms are prone to failure. That's why 1007s are cheap. Total failure on the UK market. They don’t drive well. They aren’t practical. Avoid.
