Does my Toyota C-HR need premium oil and fuel system cleaner?

I've booked my 2019 petrol Toyota C-HR in for a 60,000-mile service and have been quoted an extra £40 for them to use premium oil and a fuel system cleaner. They explained the cleaner goes into the fuel tank and gets rid of any harmful moisture deposits out of the fuel tank and resins from the combustion chamber. Would this be £40 well spent or not?

I would suggest checking your vehicle manual to see what grade of oil (and any additives) are recommended.
