Nippers in a twist

I thought you might be interested in a NIP I received. I sold the car to a dealer in November 2007. I informed the DVLA and now they expect me to know the owner. No doubt the vehicle was disposed of through a car auction by the dealer. I shall be responding with an appropriate letter to the Chief Constable and I shall not hold back from informing him of the shambles in which policing finds itself today. Road Safety operated by civvies who haven’t a clue and are kept off the unemployed register.

If you did not comply with the DVLA requirement to contact them if you had not had an acknowledgement of change of keepership within a month then, grossly unfairly, you are actually culpable.
