Do I have to renew at 70 even if I just renewed my licence?

My current driving licence is due for renewal in December 2020. When I renew it then I will be 68. I reach my 70th birthday in February 2022, just 14 months later. Will I still have to renew it again then?

Yes, renewing at 70 is renewing your entitlement to drive, not just the licence itself.
