You can buy specific products to remove the smell. First things first, all surfaces should be vacuumed and cleaned. Smoke particles and ash can get into the carpets, seats and vents etc and will smell until they're removed. Meguiar's and Turtle Wax both do odour eliminators specifically for car interiors, but Meguiar's is better reviewed: amzn.to/2YGp8RW
You can also buy smell-removing sprays rather than a refresher that you leave in there for 10-15 minutes. It'll be more targeted but I'd read the reviews for both and opt for the one you think it most suitable to your needs. The spray won't get into the air vents to clean them out, which might not be that useful: amzn.to/38cCQPI
