I was flashed by a car to exit a road and then a vehicle drove into me - who is at fault?

I was flashed out of a side road onto the main road by a minibus which was turning right. The weather was atrocious. As I moved over to the left-hand side of the main road, a car travelling on the same road had come down the inside of the minibus causing an accident. The car in question must have mounted the kerb on the inside of the minibus because that's the only way he would have got past on the inside due to how narrow the road is. The insurance company have said I am at fault for turning right into the path of oncoming traffic but I have said the other party is at fault for not waiting until the minibus had finished its manoeuvre. Can you tell me who is at fault, please?

It's your fault. Just because the bus flashed you to come out, it does not mean it was safe to do so. In fact, if it went to court, the bus driver could be called to proceedings and be held jointly liable. At best, you would be looking at 50/50 liability.
