Toyota Yaris turbo fault

The turbo is free and turning but will not kick in on my Toyota Yaris. All the pipes have been checked with no fault found but i'm unable to find out why. The engine is running well but with no power due to the turbo fault.

Are you 100% sure it is the turbo? If so it could be that the waste gate has stuck which sometimes causes the vehicle to go into limp mode or smoke excessively.

Or if you car has a variable vane turbo it could be that the vanes have carboned up which in turn makes the vehicle lack power, black smoke and hesitation on acceleration. You could try a turbo cleaner, one of the best on the market (and used by most garages ) is available from jim@innotecworld.com or Tel 01722411744.
