Hi, my car got hit from behind while I was stationery. Traffic was just starting to move and as I was about to pull up someone smashed into me with a company van. He admitted fault and we exchanged details. I should be contacted by an insurance company soon and since I haven't had an accident before I'm not sure what are the options. Are they going to pay for the damage caused or maybe buy the car if I want to sell it? Might be a silly question, sorry.
