  The alarm on my S reg astra sometimes does 4 quick beeps after I have turned the car off and opened the door. Dealer says "problem with ECU" but my previous experience is that this is code for "we have no idea". Any help out there ?

  Son now has an ostrich egg size dent in the corner of his 'S' Astra plastic bumper. He is of the opinion that if he applies heat to the rear of the dent then the plastic will become pliable and he can then push the dent out. Possible???????? DVD

  Sons just been lucky enough to be given the use of company vehicle, as per the title its a Ford range, top of the the range, 3.2 twin turbo auto. While he said its nice to have b***** thing is doing around 15/20 mpg plus being a 9 gear auto it apparently never stops changing gear, the big shock to me was the price of the thing, 45k!!

  I juts bought some injectors for my Ford Transit 2.2L diesel. The seller told me they are genuine Ford parts but when they have arrived they have the following info on them   XB05 R0171BK2AG5BAKHKK sealed in a silver pouch x 4 Also a label MOPAR Genuine Parts and Accessories 98 011 254 80   There is no mention of anything Ford on the packaging at all.

  I've got a 09 plate Ford fiesta. I've put on 2-3 pairs of cheap wheeltrims over the years but they always fall off. Don't want to drive around without them but don't want to keep spending money on useless products. Can anyone recommend some good, relatively cheap ones that may last?

  Just heard that a Fiesta owner who has the eco boost engine has been quoted £2800 for a belt change at 10 years as prescribed by Ford. Similarly Honda quote a much more realistic figure !!! £1700. A special tool is required which small independents usually don’t have as yet but with the mileages racking up on these popular engines they will be another costly investment

  saw a deal for primary 4 on ats and bought it, shop called saying they out of stock and got sport 3 for 20 more. its for ford fiesta and i got no tyres knowledge, just want to replace tyres as current one out of tread. should i go for it or look for a cheaper option

  I have a 2008 Ford Galaxy ghia with the rear air con and duel climate control. Since having a new condenser and regas the temperature varies from one vent to the next.    One vent goes as low as 8.5c whereas another will be blowing 16c.
