  Hi everyone. Hope someone may be able to help me.  Purchased a ford fusion, it is suffering from an EAC FAIL. the previous owner had a new throttle body installed as they were told that was the issue. however, it still displays EAC error  The car can drive fine, however for example on the motorway, the car has zero boost, it can struggle to get over 50mph with any form of hill being present.

  I have scanned with Forscan and get the above codes, I looked up the codes and get :- "P1263 Description A fault is detected by the fuel injector interface module in the secondary (rearward) fuel injector circuit” Can anybody explain that in simple language? I have contacted my main Ford dealer who said:-  " These DTC codes mean nothing to Ford dealers, code reader not compatible to FMC DTCs. Fuel pressure switch ?

  I recently bought a second hand Ford Mondeo (2012) Titanium Estate which came with a Sony DAB radio. The car battery has been flat for a couple of times in the morning - the RAC cam out yesterday and thought the problem must be the battery (the alternator was working fine, and there was no drain on the battery).

  Hello I have just bought a ford fiesta 1998 and I am very happy with it but I discovered under the boney just under the battery on top of the small part of the gear box I can see three bolt holes where I believe the top of the gearbox mounts to the engine bay and where these three holes are there are two studs with nuts on them but the other stud and bolt is missing and  the last owner believed it wud be a great idea to stick a sharpie felt pen in the hole which I removed basically I would like someone to tell me what these studs are and if I can replace them these studs point vertical a little under the battery coming off the gearbox case.

  Occasionally the engine will start on the first turn of the key! I have changed the plugs & leads (all genuine Ford replacements) - no improvement. It has been to an independent and a Ford agent - no stored faults. Independent Garage suggested the camshaft sensor - changed it but no improvement Ford agent updated ECU software with no improvement.

  my w reg ford focus failed its mot the other day as the traction control light and the abs lights are constantley on in the dash board. we have changed the sensor that he thought was faulty and the lights are still on.

  Hi, I'm looking to buy a ford fiesta 2008 1.4. I've found one I want to buy & test drove it, all was ok. I went back 3 days later for my wife to test drove it & it struggled to start, on the 3rd attempt it started but loads of white smoke came out of the exhaust!

  Hi, i own a 1999 ford focus lx 1.6 manual petrol car, ive noticed lately that my car must be burning oil, there's no leaks, under the bonnet is fine and clean.  I ticked the engine over earlier tonight, and i noticed little black specks coming out of the exhaust, landing 2 - 3 feet away on to the road, also some smoke and some water on the end of the exhaust pipe.

  Hello, I have a 2001 Ford Mondeo. I recently noticed a small leak of fluid underneath the engine near the drivers side. I checked and smelt the spilt fluid and seems to be Power Steering fluid. I have checked the oil, water and brake fluid and they are all fine.
