  Hi I need a radio code for my 2002 ford fiesta mk6. The serial number is M007723. I have just bought this vehicle and the previous owner had to disconnect battery and now the radio is asking for a code. Many thanks in advance to whoever can help me out.

  I own a 12 month old Ford Fiesta with 195/45/16 tyres. I keep reading that moving to a smaller rim with more tyre profile will improve ride comfort and tyre wear. To ensure that speedo etc works correctly, what wheel and tyre combination should I be looking to buy when the tyres wear out?

  I have been told I need to replace the EGR valve and have been quoted between £600 - £800 by my local garage (as they will need to take it to Ford to reconfigure).  Is this correct?  Any advice for a cheaper option (excluding DIY) would be very welcome.

  I have a 2007 Ford Focus with the Sony CD/Radio Head unit, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about adding iPhone connectivity. I'm not fussed if it involves a phone car-kit type setup, but the head unit has got a Aux/Line-In.

  Does anyone know why I might struggle to turn left in my Ford Focus 2.0 TDCI DuraTorq? Sometimes, not all the time, it's harder to turn left than right, and there's a weird noise like someone rustling paper when I turn the wheel left. I've checked the fluid and it's topped right up, any ideas?

    I need a spare key with remote that set and unsets the alarm and immobliser.  do I have to go to Ford for that or is there a cheap and effective alternative?  I cant program spares for the immobliser without two keys so it has to be "proper"  Thanks.

  I have a ford mondeo 2005 2.2tdci When I lock the car three of the doors are locked but one door is not lock (the rear right passenger door) I have tried it also to lock manually with the key but has no effect still the same problem.

  hi, i recently purchased a ford mondeo 2.0 zetec(2001),i put in £40 of petrol,and that lasted me 195 miles before it ran out completely,i drive sensible so dont speed about,most of the miles are local,wat sort of miles should i be getting and do i have a possible fault.thankyou.

  2003 TDCI Ford mondeo.I have a split pipe at the front of my engine but not sure wat it is called can anyone shed any light. Its the one that goes at the back of the radiator made of aliminium ( I think). It has i tiny split in causing smoke to bellow out wen running.Can you help me on wat its called and a rough price !!

  my father in law recently dropped hisremote control key fob in water.he dried it off,changed battery, but still not working.he has to open car manually. do you have to reset or contact ford  to get new key ? any ideas folks

  I have a ford focus 1.8 petrol, 56 reg. There is nothing wrong with the car but i would like to put some some redex in the tank with the hope of making it better. May be more response and better mpg. Does HJ really recommends this product?

  Hi, I want to purchase a 2007 Ford Galaxy and I'm not sure which engine to go for. Which is more economical, the petrol or the diesel? Diesel fuel seems to be priced a fair whack higher than petrol these days, does that offset the better fuel efficiency?

  Hi - the handle/leaver underneath the steering wheel of my Ford Fiesta (2000, W, 5dr, 1.25zetec) has stopped opening the bonnet of my car. It seems the wire is still attached but it is not opening up. Can someone suggest how I can open the bonnet without using the leaver?

  I seem to recall that a few members of the BR experimented with adding ethanol to petrol to improve mpg. It now seems that Ford have been researching this and designed a "direct-injection ethanol engine". The engine runs on petrol but injects ethanol when maximum power is needed. The use of ethanol allows a higher compression ratio to be used.

  Have been given a couple of gallons of Millers XF Longlife 5w30 Fully synthetic, would this be ok using this in my Fiesta?. I have always used the normal ford semi synthetic oil but if this is going to be ok i might as well make use of it. Cheers
