  Our Nissan has developed a rattle every time the boot is shut. On investigating it turns out that the rear window is coming loose. Top left corner has come unbonded from the surround and is rattling about....so just wondered what I should use to refix it in place?

  Hi all   The aerial has broken off at the thread, meaning we need to repalce the aerial base and mast.   Nissan want around £15 for the base, but over £30 for the mast!   Am I correct in assuming I can go for a third-party aerial base?  My main worry would be on leakage if the seals around the base aren't correctly sized.

  I have just bought a 2001 LDV Cub (same as Vanette Cargo/Nissan Serena) van with a slipping clutch :( I have a customer with a workshop with four ramps who will let me use one (lucky I know) but just wanted to check there were no nasty surprises lurking for me when I change it.

  Can be a bit embarrasing if you are half way past a truck on the motorway and suddenly have to drop back 'cos your powers gone. Nissan main dealer failed to find problem at last service (no surprise there) and it does seem to be getting progressively worse. Any ideas?

  Hi, we have a nissan micra. Recently when you pull the wiper lever to make the fluid squirt out onto the windscreen it no longer does it. I listened and it does not make any noise, so I think maybe it is a problem with the fuse, pump, electrics, washer lever switch?

  Hi Guys, hoping someone can help. I have a 2000 Nissan Primera P11E 2.0TD which is binding the rear disc brakes. Initially it was only the near-side but has since overheated the offside also. Pads were changed about a year ago and were refitted with shims and copper grease etc.

  Repair Nissan Thu 21/04/2016 20,833 Major Service – Nissan Wed 26/07/2017  34,573 Minor Service – Nissan   Though the service booklet carries a stamp that the car had a service on Tue 28/05/2013 at 23 miles, I’m convinced this either happened later or did not happen at all, because the car was advertised/test driven at 19 miles on the odometer on 28th August 2014.
