  In last Saturdays D T . HJ referred to the Nissan Note was fitted with a Renault 4 speed Auto gearbox and said that it may give problems after three to four years use. How many miles would one expect to cover in this time and what sort of problems would be expected?

  hi lads ive recently bought a nissan primera v reg and ive used redx to clean it .. as it was spluttering tho it was missing a plug so i put new plugs and car been running brill for few weeks and now it started again but seems worst than it was but ive also found that the revs r sticking on 2000 revs can any one help me slove this promlem plz plus the orange engein light comes on and flashs then goes off

  Got a L Reg Nissan with 100,000 on clock - very reliable in summer, but in the winter it will not start on cold damp mornings - putting a blanket on the engine the night before solves the problem, but sometimes I forget and then it won't start !!!!!

  I recently bought a 1997 Nissan Micra with an odd/incomplete set of locks. I can get a complete set from a scrapyard for £50. However I've been told that I can't change the steering lock as my ignition key (about 2cm long with a red spot on it) contains a micro-chip with a unique code that controls the immobiliser.

  Have a Nissan Micra, P Reg, approx 49K miles. Last day or so, been having trouble starting it. Had a new battery fitted last week,so I don't think it's that. The engine won't even turn over, there's nothing happening when the key turns, after a few goes, it eventually start and the electric clock resets itself.

  I have a 97 Nissan Primera. The wipers stall during intermittent operation and if I want a single sweep I have to keep the stalk pushed up until the wipers park again. If the windscreen wash is used the wipers sometimes keep going until the ignition is switched off.

  i have a nissan primera 1996 m reg the remote for the central locking and immobilizer deactivation only works part of the time, no previous problems with the remote have changed the batterys still same problem central locking will operate on the key but that leaves me in the car pressing the unlock button on my remote untill the immobilizer deactivates sometimes this takes 4-5 minutes i know theres a problem but i dont know what please anyone help me

  Nissan Almera 2002, the car drifts to the left so when your are driving the steering wheel is off centre. Also when braking very heavily from 70 down to 50 the car swerves across the lane, sounds stupid but I dont know which way it swerved as I was too busy trying to correct it, it was quite severe.

  Hi, Cars developed a gear box problem, gear change is bit vauge and when you move gear stick you can hear it hitting somthing metal underneath! Anyone have any ideas? Also the cars a t reg nissan primera, 91k miles, dent in off side door and air conditioning packed up is it actualy worth fixing as i wont get much when i re sell.

  My 1994 Nissan Primera has developed an extremely annoying squeak. It is apparent between the speeds of 20 - 40 miles per hour and appears to be coming from the wheels on the nearside. The Car has done 80K miles.I have been coping by turning the volume of the radio up however this is not always convenient.

  My daughter is about to take her practical driving test in a Nissan Micra 1996 1000cc 1996 5 door model shortly which we purchase for her 21st.Her driving instructor pointed out the rear licence plate lights were out and they need to be sorted for her test.Today I have replaced both bulbs and checked the fuses but they still refuse to work.Any ideas anyone as I am struggling what to do next, Thanks, Millers57.
