  Before unscrewing glove box, I switched off air bag ans unscrew the glove box. Can anyone advice how to remove glove box (to replace pollan filter) in 2009 Nissan Micra?

  my engine has blown burning one of the valves barely 6months after last servicing and car is only 3yrs old. the dealership servicing/repairs gave me a £5,000 reoair quote. i and the dealership i bought the car from contacted Nissan but they would not help in any way saying the car is out of warranty and as such would not help in any way.   anybody with similar problems or able to proffer any helpful suggestions?

  Have been looking around at SUV  type cars and thougth the Juke looked weird but wonderful.Started to look at the specs/prices and noticed there was no alarm fitted. Emailed Nissan UK to confirm wether an an alarm system was fitted as standard and the reply was'No'. Seems strange a British built car being produced without this piece of kit or are alarms considered redundant now adays?.

  I have got a ford focus 1.8L petrol manual (mk2). My wife has got a 1L nissan micra (bubble shape). Surprisingly enough, the micra outperforms the focus by far on ice. both have standard tyres as everything else. Why is that? Why is the micra better on icy road as compared to the focus?

  Hi,  My reverse light is broken on my nissan micra K11, I know the bulb and everything there is fine so it leads me to believe the switch is broken in the gear box. can someone please tell me how to get at that and fix it? I know it isnt required for my MOT but I'd like to have it working anyway :) Cheers Hannah

  My friend has already removed the pump without checking relay first and he says the pump works!The Nissan garage said its a blue relay behind center console but he cant find it. Many thanks for any replies

  Hi, just had my 1997 Nissan Micra 1L in for it's MOT.  It passed but was issued with an advisory note to say the front nearside and offside constant velocity joint gaiters are deteriorated.  As the MOT wasn't done at my usual garage I prefer to take it in for them to do the work.

  Hi all, does anyone have any idea if a nissan primera 2.0 engine from a 2002 sport will go into a almera sport+ 2002 previously a 1.8... im aware it would acually go in but what i want to know would the 1.8 mounts be the same as the 2.0 or if not could i use the 2.0 and put them into my almera also can i use the standard 1.8 gear box?

  Car is an Nissan Micra 1.0 year is 1998. Car failed NCT( MOT ) on rear brake imbalance on the rear axle and the handbrake.  The handbrake cable and wheel cylinder have being replaced. wheel cylinder had being leaking.

  Anyone have any experience in pricing tyres for a Nissan Note SE? My wife has one and after a puncture today I noticed that the wear rate seemed excessive at just 12,000 miles. Worse was finding out that the only manufacturer is the original supplier Continental and their price is £86 per tyre.

  Hi all, (good forum) I have an 04 Almera Tino without sat nav.Is it possible to get a "Sat nav.(Nissan)" cd and put it in ? . Its got the standard centre console with "map"button, toggle key etc. It is not marked as "SE" or "SE+" I dont know if its an import or not? Would this be a problem?   Hi, Im trying to find out what the correct boost level is on a 1994 nissan terrano 2.7 turbo diesel. The vehicle has had the actuator renewed and seems sluggish. We have a boost guage set up and its only giving 3psi, what should it be from factory so we can set it up please.

  I purchased a 2004 Nissan almera Tino SEover the weekend and I keep noticing (several hours apart) a beeping when inside the house. Any ideas what might cause this? Could it be vibration from passing traffic causing a partial alarm to sound or a malfunction?

  My dad, the person least interested in cars that I know, has just bought a Nissan Almera and a Daewoo Matiz. As a PC houselhold, him and my mum share the cars, my dad doesn't have the bigger one by default!! Question: any goods/bads/things of note on either of these? The Almera will do quite a few miles and carry an electric piano, and the Matiz is just for bezzing around locally.

  Hi guys, I'm just posting this on behalf of someone else who is looking into a prob with a Nissan Sunny. He wants to know what the problem could be since he can't see anything wrong. There is a slight kink in a pipe going from the radiator to the heating system, but the guy does not thing that would be enough to stop the heater working.

  I've recently bought a Nissan Primera "R" reg 1.6L - 16 valve - with 50K on the clock. To be safe I'm going to do an oil change and fit a new oil filter. I was wondering if anyone could advise on which type of oil + filter I should put in this car + advise on the recommended oil change times ?

  There is a nice 1996 Nissan Almera for sale at my local paper really for buttons £300, we looked at it and apart from a noisy transmission everything is ok with 80k on the clock. We have no idea how much will it cost to fit a 2nd hand gear box or how much the part should cost.
