Total Ownership Experience

Infiniti is launching not just a new range of cars in the UK but also a new way of looking after their owners. The Total Ownership Experience, a system honed around the world since Infiniti’s inception 20 years ago, puts the customer first - even when the customer is not actually driving an Infiniti.

VIP-type levels of service care are based on every owner being assigned their own Customer Account Manager, a single point of contact during their period of ownership. Come service time, a free car pickup and delivery service within a 150-mile radius of an Infiniti Centre, wherever in the country they live. It’s a bespoke approach to meeting individual owners’ needs that applies at every stage of choosing, buying and running an Infiniti.

Each G37 Coupé also comes with a total mobility package of roadside assistance and touring assistance. But it takes things a stage further by focusing on the owner rather than the car, so they are never left stranded, whatever the circumstance.

Infiniti Centres epitomise “modern luxury”. They are built on a grand scale to be visually and technologically stunning but also welcoming and relaxing. Visitors can get to know the cars, explore colour and trim possibilities on giant plasma screens or simply enjoy a coffee while browsing the variety of Infiniti information packs. Infiniti’s partners in these Centres are groups that have solid experience retailing luxury brands. That means customer-focused staff who are used to selling luxury goods to discerning clients. Infiniti Centre staff are able to advise on a range of bespoke services from test drives to tailored finance and maintenance packages.

The first Infiniti Centre, near Reading, close to the M4 motorway, opened in September 2009. Centres in London, Birmingham and Glasgow are scheduled to open in 2010, with another four due by the end of 2011.

An unmatched online experience at www.infiniti.co.ukcomplements the Infiniti Centres.
