Characterful but unreliable

Loved the car, suited me to the ground. Good to drive, powerful for overtaking on country roads safely and plenty of practicality.

Downsides,

- Cambelt came off at 22,000 miles!!
- Exhaust gas sensor failed.
- Key immobilisor transponder failed.
- Another engine sensor failed, causing sluggish acceleration.

All this happened in 18 months I owned car and all repaired under warranty. Would highly recommend Network Q.

Also problems with dealer Arnold Clark. Kept offering things thrown in, eg, full tank diesel, 12 months tax, then withdrawing offer next time went in. Then said only 1 key with car when Network Q say 2 offered with every car. Eventually gave me 2nd key.

Vauxhall didn't care about dealers attitude. Complained to Arnold Clark HQ who were fantastic and sorted issues out straight away. Would not buy car off them again though or another Vauxhall.
