Fun to drive, sytlish & well appointed

I bought this car used, with 20K+ ish on the clock. 36K miles later I still find it a joy to drive. I'm usually a fairly staid driver, but if I ever feel the urge this car can deliver a quick surge to get me where I want to go, with brakes to stop me sharpish if I was a bit tooooo keen. Driver aids aren't huge, but cruise control is all I really care about, while stop/start can be disabled for those occasions where it gets in the way.

It did take me a while to get over to the road noise, which was noticeably more than my previous car. I'm not sure if the change of tyres (Bridgestone to Michelin) really helped or if I just got used to it.

Getting out of the drivers seat can be tricky in tight parking spaces, more so as I've passed 55 & my own wriggle-ability is reduced. The back seats can also be awkward, but t'young folk manage OK.

Mileage has been tracked since bought, currently 46.1 mpg overall & 51mpg best (05/2020 - lockdown 1 had next to no MWay drives)
