Failed suspension. Alpine unable to repair

I hit a pothole at relatively modest speed. A loud grating noise was then coming from the front end so called the RAC who diagnosed an unspecified problem with near side front suspension. No approved body shop was willing to touch an Alpine. After weeks of refusing to take the car in, Alpine Orpington agreed to repair the car and concluded the whole of the front suspension neede to be replaced. 10 weeks later and after being informed by Alpine’ s manager for the south-east, that the car was ready. NFU contacted me to correct Alpine in that the car is in fact not repaired. Alpine cannot source a part, they cannot provide an eta for sourcing the part and they refuse to provide a courtesy car. Do not expect customer support commensurate with the purchase price.
