Barons Still Inviting Entries for its October 30th Classic Car Auction

Barons next Classic Car Auction at Sandown Park, Esher takes place on 30th October and there is still room on the list for more entries.

This is the time of year when many classic owners either consign their beloved car to winter storage or start wondering if it's time to let the car go to a new home. r

Consigning the car to Barons’ Classic, Collectors', Sports and Prestige Cars sale at Sandown Park on October 30th is one way to do that.

Entries already accepted include a magnificent bright red 1964 S1 Jaguar E-type FHC, estimated at £37,000-£40,000) with just 36,000 miles on the clock.

For those after something older, slower and a lot cheaper, there's a charming, honey and black, RHD 1934 Hudson Terraplane Challenger estimated at £7,500-£9,500). The Terraplane was assembled in the US manufacturer's British factory in Brentford, West London and has the classic 1930s styling with a 'waterfall' grille.

Also on offer will be a 2002 metallic silver all-wheel-drive Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Tiptronic, with full power
roof, estimated at  £11,000-£13,000, while the very highly-spec'd 2004 Jaguar XJ8 4.2 SE (X350) looks a real bargain, estimated at £5,000-6,000. A slightly earlier 53 registered 112k mile XJ8 X350 3.5 SE sold for £4,800 at Hitorics Brooklands sale on 1st September.
