Is £317 a fair price to change the transmission fluid in my 2012 Mercedes-Benz E-Class?

The local Mercedes-Benz dealer wants to charge £317 to change the transmission fluid in my 2012 E-Class 250 CDI, 35,000 miles. Is this price reasonable and is the work necessary?
Where torque converter transmissions have more than 6 gears the transmission fluid and filter does need changing regularly. £317 is a Mercedes dealer price, hopefully for a proper change of fluid by a dialysis process that pumps the old fluid out and the new fluid in at precisely the right temperature and pressure. The dealer might be contracting this work out to a member of www.fedauto.co.uk who will probably do it more cheaply directly.
