Can I reshell a Fiat Cinquecento with a Mini?

I have a classic Mini and wanted to know if it was possible to legally cut the shell off and fit it to another chassis (by this I mean different make chassis like a Fiat Cinquecento or similar)?

Yes, can be done and has been done. May then have to go on a Q plate. I saw a Mini in Thailand on 4WD pick-up chassis. Anything can be done. Just getting it certificated may be difficult.
