When do you need to change the cam belt on a Grand Voyager?

When do you need to change the timing belt on a 2006 Grand Voyager 2.8 diesel? The Chrysler Operating Instruction Book has a schedule which says replace the engine timing belt at 100,000k but the schedule B (which would seem to be for more demanding use) doesn't list a change until 160,000k. Our car has actually done 85,000 miles, so 136,000 km. (10,000 miles a year 6,000 motorway/4,000 town).
I would change it sooner rather than later. There are no absolutes here, but if the belt fails your engine will self-destruct and the cost of replacing the engine may be more than the car is worth.
