Is it normal to replace 260 cl gas with 430 cl in my Alfa Romeo 159's air conditioning unit?

I had my 2007 Alfa Romeo 159's air conditioning checked for the first time since new, and the engineer said they took out 260 cl and replaced it with 430 cl. He did not know whether the old and new gases would be compatible but assumed they would be from the Kyota agreement. Is there likely to be any problem with mixing old/new/different gases?
The gas will be the same R134a. The reason for the difference is that nearly half of it had leaked out of the seals over the years. Entirely normal to lose this much.
