Running a diesel car - Should I replace now?

I have a 3 year old Mondeo 2.0 TDCI with 65,000 miles on the clock. I do around 18,000 miles per year and have a 40 mile round trip for work each day. It runs as new and has had no problems while I've had it but I wonder if it might be getting near the stage of the expensive repairs associated with modern diesels.

Should I be thinking about a replacement or is it likely to be ok for a while (I am a keen driver but drive it lightly)?

The Eolys fluid for the DPF will be close to running out and will need replenishing. Ford Dual Mass Flywheels are generally more reliable than other makes. But could be a good time to get out before the bills start because, though depreciation will have slowed, money spent on repairs and replacments is money you never get back. Best current diesel in this class is a Mazda 6 Skyactiv 2.2 150 SE-L Nav diesel at £24,500, or a BMW 320dED, from £28,000.
