When should I change my timing belt?

Can you tell me when I need to change my timing belt as I've only had the car for three weeks and its done 90,000 miles.

If it hasn't ever been changed it needs to be, along with the smaller pulleys, tensioner and if the waterpump is driven by the timing belt, that too.

I am looking to buy a 2007 Vauxhall Astra 1.8 Sri Vendor says cambelt does not need replacing until it has done 100,000 miles as it has a Se engine. Is this correct?!
