Could someone who is being harassed by private parking companies take out an injunction against them?

Would it not be possible for anyone receiving letters from PPCs to go to their local county court and take out an injunction against the PPC forcing them to stop sending the letters and harassing the owner of the vehicle. If this is the case, and the PPC carried on sending letters, as I understand matters they would be in contempt of court and in serious trouble.

That is extremely useful information. Currently the PPCs are lobbying parliament to try to get an increase in their powers to rip vehicle “keepers” off and ministers may be stupid enough (or complicit enough) to allow this through.
