How often do Ford Powershift gearboxes need an oil change?

I have a Ford Kuga with an automatic transmission that has covered 10,000 miles. Does the oil need changing soon as some suggest a range from 30000 miles to 100000 miles or every three to four years? Does town driving influence the oil change frequency?

The oil and filter of the Powershift need changing every three years or 38,000 miles whichever comes first or the transmission might fail.
