I returned my car but the finance company is charging me for a missing service stamp - where do I stand?

I recently returned my car under the voluntary termination clause. Upon returning the car, it was discovered that the dealer didn't stamp the service book and now the finance company want me to pay an additional £200. I have the paperwork to prove servicing was carried out, but ultimately I feel this is an issue that needs to involve the dealer as well as the finance company. Where do I stand in terms of disputing this charge?
You have the proof in the form of the service invoice that the service was carried out and that is better evidence that the car was serviced than a rubber stamp in a service book. The finance house has no right to charge you the extra £200 and if it continues to do so take it up with the financial services ombudsman.
