SR 2.2 D-4D People Carrier

versatile people carrier, ideal for young families

We bought the Verso after much research and many test drives of it and its rivals. We do not feel disappointed by our choice - it is easy to drive, doesn't feel like a large van (my wife's main consideration) and is easy to park.

We have used it for camping trips and driving holidays to France, there is plenty of staowage space without a roof rack.

Gripes? yep, a few:
- fuel consumption when stuck in traffic increases drastically - we've had the fuel sensor replaced as we thought it was a fault with that, but now we always ensure there is ahalf a tank before going on a motorway trip
- electric windows don't operate once ignition off (unlike our X-reg Punto)
- boot cover is a complete waste of space, too faffy (permanently away now)
- back seats can be tricky sometimes to fold flat

Against that, it offers mpg of 45 + on long runs, is fun to drive and has a very comfy driver's seat (I'm 6'2 and have no issues with cramp etc)
