Overall reliability

Does almost everything I need.

So a 1200 engine is not enough? Well it is if you stick a turbo-charger on it. The operation of that turbo-charger is particularly noticeable when accelerating in 2nd and 3rd gear. It also gives good economy for a petrol engine often well over 50 mpg even on local short trips. This suits me fine because if I had a diesel I am sure it would not be long before my motoring would mess up the DPF. There is bags of room in the back when the rear seats are folded but I do wish that they folded flat or could be removed as was the case in my previous Roomster which was sadly wrecked by a guy who drove his Mondeo into the back of it. I have one minor niggle - the computer turns the engine off if you are waiting in a traffic queue for more than 1/2 minute. Although this can be overcome by a quick dab of the restart button which they have fitted, I still find it annoying. What else can I say about my car, very little actually; it goes round bends nicely and the steering is well geared. I suppose the ride could be a bit softer but it's about the same as most others in this category these days. It's overall appearance is great, it really looks like a proper smart estate which is rather a contrast to some of the ugly mugs one sees on the road these days.
