SE 1.0 60 MPI 5dr Hatchback

Noisey car that visually goes faster than it actually does

We bought 2 of this model, 3dr and 5dr. The 5dr has a noisey gearbox with a sound that is very similar to that of a worn clutch bearing as in that when stationery a rattle appears but disappears when you dip the clutch pedal, the dealers say that it's natural as Skoda use a Crash Gearbox in this model. The second problem is that my speedo shows that I'm travelling at 4mph faster than what I'm actually doing, I know this as I can sit at what I believe to be 60mph but unable to overtake a HGV articulated vehicle, also it shows a true speed using a sat nav. The dealer states that this is natural as a prevention of speeding through cameras along with that sat navy don't always give a true speed.
Unless someone can advise me of what to do I'm just gonna drive it till I can change it or it breaks down through the clutch breaking down an I can point the finger at the dealer !!
