Nice to drive, reasonable to maintain.

First, the MPG is pretty good on this car, I can do most motorways with 58-63, most city roads with 50-56. This does a good job when the diesel price rise, but you will give up hard acceleration. Handling is much better than most cars I have ever driven including Porsche Panamera.

In terms of interior, the finishes are superior to rivals, I would put this Mazda 6 in the line with 3/A4/C/IS. However, the rear legroom is not its advantage as it is pretty much designed for the driver.

Moving to maintenance and repair, my one has 120K on the clock, so some parts had to be changed due to deterioration. Arms, anti-roll bar, wheel bearing, timing belt, water pump as well as other wear and tear parts like tyres and brakes have been changed. Also, I would suggest to do the service with Mazda garage.
