Cracking little car, economical and reliable

Owned this car for four years. Bought to keep long distance commute costs down. Brilliant car for the reason I bought it.

Pros:
- Reliable car, not a single issue in four years
- Cheap to buy and well equipped
- Fantastic mpg, without even trying
- Light steering, easy gear throw and tap to disengage clutch pedal made stop start traffic a doddle
- Cheap servicing, tax, insurance and maintenance
- Good dealer experience
- Split tailgate

Cons:
- Not a lot of rear leg room
- Tiny boot (though this is a small car)
- Not a driver's car, with light steering, body roll if driven enthusiastically round a bend, and limited power (but good and usable torque!)
- Steel wheels on the SX don't look a patch on the alloys of the top spec VTS, and it gets a different front grill which looks much cheaper and nastier
- From the 'cheap plastics abound' era of French car design

A great little car, and I'd have another Citroen. Couldn't fault this one at the price and only changed it due to family needs, otherwise would have keep it for a lot longer. Recommended.
